One Leasing specialises in financial leasing for used cars and vans, offering flexible, same-day financing to individuals and businesses across the country. Supervised by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia and holding an A credit rating, One Leasing is part of the same group as Virtus Lending, our established Loan Originator in Kosovo, bringing a familiar and trusted partner into a new market.
Since its founding, One Leasing has grown to serve more than 800 clients across two branches in Skopje and Tetovo. The company has already originated €2.89 million in cumulative lease financing and currently manages an active portfolio of €758,000.
What sets One Leasing apart is its digital-first credit process. An automatic API connection to the Credit Registry of North Macedonia, combined with automated and manual vehicle assessments, allows most applications to be approved within a single day. One Leasing also retains full legal title to every financed vehicle until the lease is settled, a structure that supports strong recovery rates and protects capital in the event of default.
To start the cooperation, One Leasing offers car loans with yields of 12% per year to investors on the Income marketplace. All listed loans come with a buyback obligation and a Junior Share of 28%. Loans have expected maturities of 12–48 months, making them a stable, asset-backed addition to a well-diversified investment portfolio.
