Security Structure

Assignment of Juancho te Presta’s loan claims is different from security structures used with other loan originators.

Juancho te Presta assigns 100% of claims arising from the loan agreement to Income’s SPV. Income’s SPV is the assignor of claims to the investors upon investment. Income’s SPV can assign up to 70% of the claims from the loan agreement to investors while retaining the rest for security
