Current Auto LV is Exiting the Income Platform

Current LV, a Loan Originator from Latvia, is winding down its operations in Latvia to focus on growing its business in Lithuania, and is exiting the Income platform. To facilitate the exit and buyback of loans, today, we pushed all Current LV loans into buyback status.

What this means for your investments:

  • Current Auto LV will buy back all obligations with all interest accrued – all outstanding principal and interest will be paid back to investors in full.
  • No action is required on your part. Repayments will be processed automatically.
  • Current Auto LV will aim to finalise the transaction and buyback today 18th of September 2026.

Miroslav Kološevski, CEO of Current Auto LV, says: “Our partnership with Income has been built on transparency and mutual trust from day one. As we shift our focus to scaling our operations in Lithuania, we’re proud of what we’ve built together with Income and its investors in the Latvian market. We’re committed to a smooth and complete buyback process, and we thank the Income team and its investors for their continued confidence in our loans over the years.”

Lavrenti Tsudakov, CEO of Income, says: “Current Auto has been a reliable and professional partner throughout our cooperation, and their track record on the platform speaks for itself. We respect their decision to concentrate resources on their strongest market, and we’re glad this transition comes from a position of strength rather than any concern about their loan book. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Current Auto LT as they grow their presence in Lithuania.”

A strong partnership over the years

Current LV has been a Loan Originator on Income since January 2024, offering car rentals with yields of up to 10% p.a. on our platform. Since their launch:

  • Investors funded €3,573,634  worth of Current Auto LV loans altogether
  • And earning €190,092.35 in interest from Current Auto LV loans
  • The active portfolio remains healthy, with the vast majority of outstanding balances current or already resolved via buyback rather than sitting in extended delay

This track record reflects a well-managed loan book and a dependable originator relationship, and we’re glad this partnership is ending on solid footing rather than due to any performance concern.

Current LT remains on the platform

We want to be clear: Current Auto LT, Current Auto’s Lithuanian entity, remains an active Loan Originator on Income. This move reflects Current’s strategic focus on its strongest growth market, and we look forward to continuing this partnership as they grow their presence there.
