Important Holiday Updates: Office Closure and Banking Information

With the holiday season approaching, here’s everything you need to know about our office schedule and banking services to plan ahead.

Income Team Office Closure

Our office will be closed on December 20th, 2024. During this time, our team will not be available to respond to inquiries immediately, but we’ll address all messages as soon as we return.

Verifo Banking Update

Our trusted banking partner, Verifo, has shared an important update regarding SEPA transfers during the holiday period:

  • SEPA transfers will not be processed from December 24th to December 26th.
  • While Verifo will initiate payments from their side, outgoing transfers will not reach recipients during this period.
  • All transfers will be processed starting December 27th.
  • To avoid delays, please ensure all transfers are initiated no later than December 23rd by 4:00 PM (EEST).
