Building a better way to invest
Since launching in 2020, our vision has stayed clear: build a platform that treats retail investors with the same care and respect as institutions. Where other platforms leaned into high yields and glossy promises, we focused on the fundamentals, risk management, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
That approach is working. We’ve now facilitated over €160 million in loan investments and built a base of more than 9,500 approved investors. Our Assets Under Management grew 77% last year, and revenue increased by 54%. But more than the numbers, it’s the momentum and trust we’ve built that now give us the confidence to scale further.
Why we’re raising
We’ve secured strong backing already—longtime shareholder Dr. Hauptmann has committed €540,000 to this round. We’re offering €250,000 on SeedBlink to open the door to individual investors who want to grow with us.
This funding will fuel some of our most exciting next steps: expanding into high-growth markets like Mexico and the Philippines, doubling the number of vetted non-bank lenders on the platform, and launching a secondary market, a key feature that will allow investors to exit early, improving liquidity in a space that has long lacked it.
We’re also investing in our technology, growing our team, and refining the experience for lenders and investors. These aren’t just upgrades, they’re essential to building the future we envision.
