The company placing loans on Income Marketplace is Sandfield Capital Limited.
The loans are placed on the marketplace through a structure where SFC4 Limited (an SPV of Sandfield) assigns the loan to Income EST SPV OÜ, which then enables the listing and assignment to Income investors.
The investment into claims is made through an assignment agreement between the investor and Income SPV.

Sandfield loans are fully covered by an Insurance against non-payment, which triggers if there is no-payment from the borrower and this limits or eliminates Sandfields potential losses due to non-payment. Note that with Sandfield as the beneficiary of the insurance, the insurance does not directly protect the investors and does not directly carry over to the claim.

Despite the insurance the investors should not consider this a zero risk investment.
