Lavrenti believes this is achievable with strong loan originator partnerships and increasing investor demand.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Loan Originators and Market Expansion<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Income plans to onboard six new loan originators, with two close to launch:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>car leasing &amp; consumer lending firm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from Kosovo (\u20ac500K\/month in loans).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>car leasing company<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from Lithuania, finalizing its audit.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expansion efforts are also underway in <\/span><b>Colombia, Indonesia, Mexico, and the Philippines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Investor Strategy and Institutional Capital<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Income is actively onboarding institutional investors to complement its retail investor base. With its first institutional partner already in place, more are expected to join in 2025.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Crowdfunding Campaign<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A \u20ac250K equity crowdfunding round is planned to fund:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A secondary market for investors<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Platform UI\/UX upgrades<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Market expansion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Mexico, Philippines)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Team growth<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (data and analytics roles)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>ClickCash Recovery and Investor Protection<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Income is prepared to bridge payments to ClickCash investors while the loan originator seeks new funding.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Regulation and Long-Term Plans<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regulatory compliance remains a goal, though Estonia lacks a framework for Income\u2019s model. Alternative licensing options, such as Lithuania, are being explored but are not a 2025 priority.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Looking Ahead<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With a solid roadmap in place, Lavrenti emphasizes that execution is key to achieving these ambitious targets.
