At Income, 2024 was a transformative year\u2014one that brought us closer to our mission of fuelling financial inclusion and enabling global wealth creation.<\/p>

Our platform connects investors with fintech-originated loans across the world. This unique approach allows retail and institutional investors to tap into an established, inflation-protected asset class\u2014while also supporting financial ecosystems in underserved markets. It\u2019s a win-win model that continues to prove its impact.<\/p>

Growing the Platform, Expanding the Vision<\/b><\/p>

Throughout the year, we made strategic changes to how we operate\u2014restructuring our sales processes, expanding our fintech partnerships, and ultimately strengthening the foundations of our business.<\/p>

By the end of 2024, we had grown to 4,613 active investors with \u20ac19.1 million in outstanding investments. We also celebrated three successful exits by fintech partners, with investors receiving full repayment\u2014reinforcing the strength and reliability of our ecosystem. Perhaps most significantly, we welcomed our first institutional investor, a move that broadens the scope for future partnerships and growth.<\/p>

Financial Results: Scaling With Purpose<\/b><\/p>

In terms of financial performance, Income\u2019s revenue from service fees reached \u20ac509,000\u2014an increase of 17.5% year-over-year. Our net loss for the year was \u20ac613,000, largely due to customer acquisition investments and depreciation. EBITDA landed at -\u20ac499,000. These results reflect our scale-up phase, as we continue to prioritize growth while moving toward profitability.<\/p>

As of the first quarter of 2025, we\u2019re already seeing this momentum carry forward. Our monthly recurring revenue (MRR) has reached \u20ac55,000, with 4,835 active investors and \u20ac19.7 million in assets invested on the platform.<\/p>

What\u2019s Next?<\/b><\/p>

Looking ahead, our focus is clear: we aim to onboard new fintech partners, grow our volume of investable loans, and strengthen our revenue base. A new funding round is planned for 2025 to support our path to operational profitability.<\/p>
