Simpleros specialises in providing <\/span>fast, fair, and inclusive consumer loans<\/b>, helping residents of Spain access credit when they need it most. Since its launch, the company has originated over <\/span>\u20ac11.75 million in loans<\/b> and built a <\/span>credit portfolio of \u20ac2.1 million<\/b>, backed by strong repayment performance and customer loyalty.<\/span><\/p>

Simpleros focuses primarily on <\/span>Payday loans with maturities of 7\u201330 days<\/b>, while also offering <\/span>short Instalment loans of 60\u201390 days<\/b> (2\u20133 instalments). Borrowers can access amounts of up to <\/span>\u20ac1,000<\/b>, with approvals and payouts completed in as little as <\/span>15 minutes<\/b> thanks to a fully automated process.<\/span><\/p>

To provide flexibility, Simpleros allows <\/span>one loan extension<\/b> per borrower, ensuring a balance between accessibility and responsible repayment.<\/span><\/p>

To start the cooperation, Simpleros offers<\/span> payday<\/b> loans and<\/span> instalment loans<\/b> with yields of <\/span>13.2%<\/b> per year to investors on Income. All listed loans come with a buyback obligation and a risk-adjusted Junior Share.<\/span> Payday loans carry a 13% Junior Share<\/b>, with <\/span>maturities ranging from 7 to 30 days<\/b>, while <\/span>instalment loans come with a 19% Junior Share<\/b>, with <\/span>maturities between 60 and 90 days<\/b>, typically split into two or three instalments. One extension is available to borrowers, adding flexibility without compromising repayment discipline. These short-term consumer loans provide stable and attractive returns, making them a valuable addition to a well-diversified investment portfolio.<\/span><\/p>
