Net margin rose from 14% to 22%. The main driver was rapid expansion of the loan and lease portfolio, which more than doubled and increased net interest income to EUR 2.2 million. The company also adopted IFRS in 2025.<\/p><p>At year-end, the Company&#8217;s assets amounted to EUR 14.9 million. Equity increased sharply to EUR 1.0 million from EUR 0.1 million in 2024 on retained profit; issued share capital is EUR 2 500, and the company reports no share premium.
