The prior-year same period included a one-off write-back of accrued and not paid salaries for former management board members, so the reported year-on-year profit movement is not directly comparable; on an underlying basis, Q3 profitability improved.<\/p><p>As at 30 September 2026, the Company&#8217;s assets amounted to EUR 31.0 million (GBP 26.5 million). The company&#8217;s equity strengthened to EUR 0.3 million (GBP 0.3 million), up from EUR 11 thousand (GBP 10 thousand) at 31 December 2025, and is now firmly positive; issued share capital is nominal (GBP 2), complemented by 1.5 million EUR (1.3 million GBP) of share premium.<\/p><p>Since October 2024, Sandfield Capital has been onboarded to the Income platform, and our investors have already invested over 6.4 million EUR in loans originated by Sandfield Capital, earning over 217 thousand.<\/p><p>In November 2026, Sandfield Capital started listing bullet loans with a shorter duration.
