Loan originator news

New partnerships

The private loan originator we started piloting in September began real listings in October. A new loan originator is also planned to go live in November, adding fresh supply to the platform.

Financial results

We published the audited 2025 results of Autofino, Danabijak and Hoovi Finance.

A word from our CEO

LT

Lavrenti Tsudakov

CEO, Income Marketplace

What went well

October closed with the active portfolio at €33.7M, up €1.3M in the month, and platform revenue at a record high. Most of our loan originators grew their funded volume, and our first private loan originator, piloted in September, started real listings. We also announced the dormant-account fee that starts in January.

What was challenging

New investors. October’s growth came mainly from existing investors adding to their portfolios, not from new ones.

Our focus for November

A new loan originator is planned to be live in November, adding fresh supply. On the investor side, the reactivation campaign moves to its next phase.

Thank you for investing with Income.

Account administration fee for dormant accounts

If you have investments on Income, this does not affect you. The fee only applies to accounts that hold no investments.

Our updated User Agreement took effect on 1 November 2026. It introduces a monthly account administration fee of €10 for dormant accounts, which covers the ongoing administration and safekeeping of your account and funds.

An account becomes dormant when it holds no active investments and has had no deposits, withdrawals or new investments for 60 days in a row. The 60 days only started counting on 1 November, so no fee will be charged before 31 December 2026.

  • You’ll be notified first: before any fee is charged, you’ll receive three emails, after 30, 45 and 60 days of inactivity.
  • Easy to avoid: log in and make a deposit, submit a withdrawal request or make an investment. One action reactivates your account immediately.
  • Never below zero: the fee is deducted on the last day of each month and never takes your balance below €0. If your balance is under €10, only the remaining balance is deducted.

You can read the full updated User Agreement on our website.

Coming up in November

A new loan originator is planned to join the platform this month. We’ll announce it on our blog and in our Telegram community as soon as it goes live.
